Our Mission

The mission of LEAD Culture is to assist leaders in their quest toward becoming effective communicators through self-discovery and cultural competence. We infuse Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) with Effective Communication so that our clients can speak with confidence and courage. Recognizing one’s own identity and understanding how the intersections of our identities frame our perceptions and communication styles are at the core of promoting intentional conversations regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility.

We approach this mission by using the Cultural Competence framework — the foundation of effectively managing diversity. Cultural Competence helps us look at the links between three factors:

  • Leaders of an organization becoming more inclusive and equity-minded
  • Individuals effectively working together and doing so when conflict occurs
  • What individuals within an organization need in order to create and sustain an inclusive environment

In addition to LEAD Culture assisting you and your organization enhance your strategic goals and initiatives toward a more inclusive and equitable environment, your investment will also include:

  • 1 hour client analysis call to assess your needs and desired outcomes
  • 30 minute planning consultation call prior to your event/workshop
  • Development of customized content to meet your specific objectives
  • Delivery of content; this includes a PowerPoint presentation, cultural competence assessment, social responsibility action plan, and any additional pre and post work, handouts/materials, if applicable
