At Solution Tree, we made our public statement against acts of racism… But that is just lip service unless action is taken, and to be honest I wasn’t sure how to take the right action steps to imbed DEI training into my company. She has helped us with definition of the issue, root causes, awareness, signals to identify, ways to communicate, and action steps in which to use as our staircase.
