Our Mission

The mission of LEAD Culture Consulting is to help professionals become effective communicators and impactful leaders through self-discovery and cultural competence. With a key focus on authentic communication and owning your narrative, LEAD Culture helps individuals show up more fully in their professional roles — so they can communicate with influence, lead with integrity, and build stronger, more human-centered workplaces.

We approach this mission by exploring the links between three questions:
  1. How can leaders of an organization become more inclusive and equity-minded?
  2. How can individuals effectively work together and do so when conflict occurs?
  3. What do individuals within an organization need in order to create and sustain an environment where everyone wants to work and thrive?
